Dalton and I had disagreements during a couple stages of my project. That being said, I would recommend Father Son Floor Company to my family and friends. During challenging parts of what turned out to be a challenging job, Dalton always came back to the same place - ensuring the customer is heard and reaching reasonable resolutions. My floors look fantastic and I am very happy. The only negative thing is that they didn't clean up after the job was finished. However, when I rang, it was taken care off immediately. I would use them again.

I held out on a review mostly because I knew this guy fights bad reviews by criticizing people, but recently had a different company refinish my floors. Quite the difference. Father Son took a 3 day quote and completed after 12 days. After messing up twice, they ended up sanding the floors 3 times. Some days we would only get an couple hours of work before they would leave for what we suspect was another job. I ended up having to replace 8 electrical outlets that had burn marks from their equipment being plugged in. I suspect it may have been too large of a job or Father Son is really inexperienced. I attached a photo of a portion of my invoice to prove I’m a real customer with a poor experience.

I had a water leak in my kitchen that ruined the wood flooring in my living room. I called Dalton who came out the next day. He assessed the damage and said I needed a whole new floor and that he could get to it in two weeks. He started when he said he would and he knew exactly how long it would take to finish the job. The new floor turned out beautifully! I love the floor, the color and the lack of fumes in my house. I would highly recommend Father Son Floor Company for all of your wood floor needs. It was expensive but we thought reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. The worst part was having to relocate while they did the work.
