Horrible! I went in today to purchase a shirt but unfortunately they did not have my size. So I walked around the store to see if I could find something else and I did. Let me not forget to say that I was never greeted and I was only acknowledged because I had to ask a question. So I go to pay for my shirt and I present my 10% off discount that I received via email for signing up, well the clerk tells me that its only redeemable online. As I'm showing her the email I'm telling her that it doesn't say that on the email, she shrugs her shoulders and continues to ring me up WITHOUT giving me my discount . I paid for the shirt. She sat the bag on the counter I grabbed it and left. Now I will be contacting the president of this company and expressing exactly why I will not be returning. It's sad because I have been a customer with this company since I was a teenager I am now 37. Absolutely unacceptable!

Please don't order online. I have shopped here more than 6 years and the shipping is horrible. The customer service departments lies and tries to prevent refunding your money. This is not my only bad experience receiving an order. I have had orders never delivered to me but say they were. I have paid for expedited shipping and the order not pulled by the warehouse to timely, therefore not delivered as promised again. My most recent order, 08/09/20 was supposed to be delivered by Fedex 08/20/20 when I received my initial shipped email. I check 08/19/20 and there was no date. I call NY&CO customer service and was told I was not the only one with shipping issues from Fedex. I could request a refund if I didnt have my order on 08/21/20. I waited, no order. I called NY&CO 08/23/20. Now my order is supposed to be delivered today and I would not be eligible for a refund. I would have to wait for delivery and it will take 3 weeks to receive a refund when the money was taken from my account on the same day as I ordered. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor and told someone would contact me in 3-5 days. I absolutely love this store, but I will have to find a new place to shop. They blamed the delay on Covid, but my other orders are shipped and received as promised from other companies. Companies need to be held accountable for their promises and stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor service!!!!
