On occasion, we have 2 pallets of charcoal delivered, always with Estes. They are always great to work with. They set up a delivery date and have shown up with a call ahead to let us know when they will be there. Our last two drivers have gone above and beyond this year. I dont recall the first ones name, but the last one was Anthony W. While it would have been much easier for him to just drop the charcoal in the driveway and move on, he took the extra time to try and help me load the pallets directly into our pickup. It was a lot of extra work on his part, but he never complained. We couldnt get the second one in, so he helped me unload it by hand. I just so appreciated his patience and his willingness to try to make my life easier. Our last driver (earlier this month) was also great and worked with my husband to do the same thing. Both are a wonderful reflection of your company.

We had a delivery today that would have been impossible without the help of our driver JOHN. I can't thank him enough.

Don't apply at the okc terminal if Eddie long Don't like you ,you won't go anywhere in the company plus a night Mgr. Calem an x cop loves to harras people x employee.

No response!! Web site down been waiting 2 weeks for order that should have took a couple of days!! Totally unreliable!! Would never use again!!!
