        24 hour service is a lie!! They are never there and they make you wait hours until it is convenient for them to get service!

        We had to get a tow on a semi. They did not mention anything about not reconnecting the drive shaft and left us hanging. We had even tipped the driver a nice chunk for his work. After we called they said they had not charged us for an extra hour as the driver was waiting for payment. We have everything time stamped and confirmed payment was done within minutes. I don't feel they are forthcoming in their business practices and I am not sure if I can trust them. Service: Local hauling
