I have been buying all my ink and toner from these guys for nearly a decade, and they have kept everything running for me. Excellent recommendations when I've needed to replace something. Teresa has always been very quick to help the one time I had trouble with a refill. I send everyone who will listen here.

Horrible customer service. My suggestion is find a business that values your patronage. I've done business here 10 years, and last couple years have before unbearable. Time to move along. Even be better to pay retail for ink than to deal with level of unprofessionalism. Also, you can buy ink from Amazon for less, get it faster, and not deal with undesirable individuals.

Have you ever done business with a company by paying them higher price for the same quality product you could find on Amazon or elsewhere? Only because they know you and provide good service? That company is NOT Cartridge World. I highly recommended NOT using them for your toner needs because when the time comes, they will not hesitate to insult you and disregard the 6 years of business you gave them! Find somebody else.
