Visited Slate for the first time yesterday for dermaplane and facial. I suffer from chronic migraines (which I’m dealing with now) and sinus problems (it’s Oklahoma after all). My aesthetician, Kelsey, listen carefully to what I was experiencing, my level of discomfort due to my migraine and my skin concerns. She throughly discussed the products she thought would suit my skin the best, their Ingredients and shared with me what she was doing and why with each step. After cleansing and prepping my skin dermaplane was done and my skin looked fantastic already. Next came the facial which was AMAZING and coupled with a neck and shoulder massage that left me feeling like I did before my headache set in. My experience: went in feeling terrible came out with glowing (fuzz free, dry flaky skin free and I believe fine lines less visible) skin, less puffiness and relaxed/out of the terrible pain I came in with. I am going to make a visit to Slate a monthly ritual!!! Thank you to Kelsey for taking so much time and such good care of me! See you soon!!
