I am very frustrated with Kim's shop. I brought a dress in over a week ago to get hemmed and the removable straps sewn permanently on. She told me it would be ready a week later on a Wednesday. I came in yesterday (Wednesday) since it's my only afternoon off and she told me it wasn't ready and to come back at 5:30 I told I have something at 5:30 and I'll come back the next morning before a hair appointment. I get there this morning to pick up my dress and was just now told cash or check. I was never made aware of this until just now and I don't carry cash or checks on me. So now I have to find a time to go back tomorrow and mind you I live 30 minutes away so it's not a quick trip for me. I just want me dress back and my event is in two days and still don't have it. Will never be coming back here especially because she is still charging me 90$ for tailoring. Don't go here.
