On two occasions I was worried about an urgent package that I had overnighted not making it to me on time. On the first, Amazon dropped the ball and it didn't leave their shipping partners facility on time to make it to UPS. I called the store and explained to her the situation and she took my information and promised to call me back. Within 5 minutes, she called me back with an update. She had gotten ahold of my delivery driver, Jim, and had him reach out to me. Jim realized that the package didn't make it on the truck in time and reached out to someone in the warehouse and arranged for me to pick it up-- keeping in touch until the point that I had the package in my car and ensuring that the employers at the warehouse were handling it. On the most recent occasion (today), I called again worried that I might encounter the same issue as it was getting to be evening time and my tracking number still had not shown "delivered." I explained that in the past, my tracking number had shown "on vehicle for delivery," and actually hadn't been on the truck. Again, she reached out to the driver who was able to confirm that he was just starting his residential drop-off's and ensured me that it would make it. Within 5 minutes, I received an automated e-mail that the package had been delivered. These people clearly live with a heart of compassion and truly go above and beyond to help their community and ease some of the anxieties involved in waiting for a package to arrive! I have never experienced such pure hearted, straight from the soul, un-forced customer service.

This UPS Store is located inside the BX next to GNC. I gave it three stars because their employee was a smacktard and hassled me when I called asking where they were located since they are not located where Google says.
