        the worst customer service the staff member I just encountered here this morning couldn't have possibly been more rude. I have never encountered anything like that before in my life. I was embarrassed for the company for her. There were other people in the lobby while she was being extremely rude to me and manager couldn't do anything about it she checked my cart and put all my items on flour and charged me extra item on receipt when i found out i talked to manager about it he said he will have meeting with her but i Will definitely not be back.

        So my husband went to the Depot to get stuff for the restaurant and when he got to checkout the lady who was checking him out was already in a bad mood giving him dirty looks. So she started taking everything off the cart throwing it on the floor he asked why are you putting stuff on the ground like that. She said why you have to fill up the cart that I cant get too with the scanner. So she would scan some item 3-4 times to charge him more. He found out that she charged him more so he went back to her and asked why you charged him more. She got pissed and started cussing him out. She gave him the finger in front of other customers. Thats not very lady like. When people expect to come to the place of business they should be treated with respect. They are there to spend money on your business not be cussed out by a worker who clearly is having a bad day. She could have took it a different way by saying next time to take two carts if you are planning of getting a lot stuff instead getting pissed off and start throwing stuff on the ground like that. Any place would fire the person right on the spot.
