I saw Dr Hyde years ago. He was a great help to me. He was understanding, kind, and accepting. I felt as if I could tell him anything. I liked him very much. I hate to see people saying bad things about him in these reviews. Unfortunately he has retired, which I found out today when I tried to reach him by phone.

He reminds me of Mister Rogers. Great listener, very comforting.

Dr. Hyde is very perceptive about relationship dynamics and very insightful about the dynamic interplay between our embodied mind and our thinking mind. For seekers in those areas, he can be a very valuable and nurturing resource. My narrow perspective doesn't address resources Dr. Hyde may offer in other areas of therapy.

When I started my healing journey a few years ago, I visited this "professional" for a free visit. I am so glad I didn't pay for that visit, because it was by far the worst meeting I had with anyone ever through my journey (medical and non medical professionals). He is stuck in his knowledge from 80's research, he was rude, he lacked simple understanding of the medical condition I was seeking treatment and healing for, and belittled it by generalized statements about the disorder that were HIGHLY INACCURATE. I think I left there teaching him more in 15 minutes than he would ever teach me. His native trinkets scattered throughout his office were also interesting. He was a joke, and needs to retire before he causes more harm than good. I actually went home that day and did a 4 page journal of my experience because I was baffled at how someone in this profession could make someone feel so awful in 15 min. Don't go to this guy.
