Stay away. The YMCA used them for the tball team photos. The 3 photos we got of our child were rushed with no effort put into posing. The photographers were impatient with my child and the quality of the photographs is worse than the cell phone photos we took ourselves. When they gathered everybody for the team photo, our child was in the restroom. In spite of several parents and the coach telling the photographer to wait, they wouldn't even wait the 30 seconds it took for us to run across the ballpark to the team. We arrived as they finished the team photo and the photographers wouldn't wait for her to join for one more photo. When asked for a discount on the photo that she was excluded from, they created a poor quality collage of the team and included one of the photos of our child in which she wasn't even looking at the camera. Their rigid in their customer service policies and seem to lack an understanding of the significance that their work should represent to young families.

it should not be this hard to contact somebody about receiving my graduation photos. its been a week and ive called 5-6 different times and left so many voicemails and nobody will answer or call me back. I guess my photos are gone forever thanks for the waste of time
