Called and was given an appointment for the following week. No one showed up or called. I called twice that week and left messages and no one called back. I called a third time and they answered. They said they didn’t have us down for an appointment but after giving the details again I could tell he remembered me. Was given another appointment. No one showed up again. I called and was told they were on their way. No one showed up or ever called. Two weeks wasted time. They did the pre-inspection for our home when we bought it a few months ago and seemed so nice. But we will never use them again and told our realtor what happened. If you can’t show up, the very least you can do is call. The MOST unprofessional.

Rick was very prompt in returning my call, as well as arriving to the home for a WDO inspection. He was thorough and informational, answering any questions we had. His customer service skills were great, and we got the report the same night. The price was also very fair. We would definitely recommend Statewide for any WDO inspection!
