    I fought bed beds for over a couple of years trying everything I could find and no luck. I came across an ad for Armor & Shields. They responded very quickly. After one day and they are gone. There was no smell. I recommend them to anyone who is tired of these pests. My home is now my home.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING AND WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB.. DO NOT USE THEM! I HAVE ALREADY FOUND A NEW COMPANY WITH AMAZING REVIEWS & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to schedule a heat treatment on Friday. The guy I talked to was really nice and told me exactly what to do to prepare for the heat treatment. The appointment was scheduled for 9am Wednesday. I texted and confirmed on Tuesday the appointment time and payment method. Wednesday they did not show up. I contacted them at 9:53am to check the eta. I was then asked for my name which is extremely weird. Moments later I received a call saying they had lost my appointment and would need to reschedule and could not come out until Friday. The lady was quite rude and hardly apologetic for the extremely disruptive mishap. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for treatment options. Literally any other business has to be better than this one. I would hate for someone else to experience this service after rearranging their entire life and home to prepare for this service.     I have had you guys out 4 times now, 2 heat treatments and 2 sprays between, I just found yet another bed bug in my bedroom. The last heat treatment we had killed a lot of our fish. When I asked about compensation I was told the contract says to remove them even though Moe and the tech both said they would be fine. I took the L on that because it was already done. They also melted toys that belonged to my kids, and broke my jewelry box and my husband's grandfather's cufflinks. But now that I am finding yet more bed bugs barely 2 weeks after a heat treatment I am officially not ok. My house is not dirty, it is not cluttered to excess, I follow all their instructions, I reach out as soon as I have an issue, I am courteous with them despite all the problems I have had, and I am still not satisfied with what I got for my money. We don't have much money to spare usually so $1072 is a very huge sum for us. We just want to be comfortable in our home again. I hope that someone reaches out to discuss this and try to make it right. Edit to add: he so rudely informed me that I paid $1072. That was an honest mistake in my review. However, I reached out very politely and was threatened to be sued and he proceeded to try to speak on my character and my home simply because he is upset about negative reviews. Moe, please hire someone else to handle these situations. Customer service 101 would tell you that word of mouth is your biggest advertisement and bad reviews are something you want to correct. I didn't ask for my money back until he started raising his voice at me. I am copying the message I sent to his office number when they wouldn't answer my call. Hello! I just left a voicemail but wanted to reach out by text as well. We are still seeing bed bugs in our room after 4 treatments. I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible to discuss next steps and how we can solve this problem. Thank you in advance. I'm going to update with my response to the ownership's lovely response he has posted: Bugs aren't popping up 30 days apart, more like 1-2 weeks before I personally saw the bugs that I suspected had been biting me since the day after you guys came. I only called once I had concrete proof they were still there but hey it's ok. I filed my complaint with the BBB and I have left my reviews for others to see on my personal experience with your company. I have a text that shows that your scheduler told me there was no charge to me and had confused me with someone who wasn't under warranty. I also have screen shots of your website where you boast a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. As for my home. You sir have never been in my home so everything you are saying is hearsay. I am a legal medical marijuana license holder and do not smoke around my children. Again, you don't personally know me and have never seen anything that you so confidently speak on. I have done nothing illegal. And "the man" who was in my home that morning was my husband's employee and he was there to go to the job. So again you are speaking on situations you know nothing about. Also, 95% of your positive recommendations have been purchased and are from fake accounts. That speaks to your character. I have nothing more to say to you sir. Any other attempt to reach out to me unless through the BBB will be considered harassment and I will report it. I have not spoken to you or about your business since the day you yelled in my ear after I posted an honest review of my experience. In the future I would advise against personally attacking unhappy clients, however it is your business so you run it however you please. I would not recommend you to anyone who asks.
