Ace Laser Inc

A Steve Nelson from this company just called our law firm trying to solicit business. This company apparently sells toner and printing supplies. I told him, "We already have a company that takes care of our needs, but thank you anyway." To which he replied, "What an idiot..." then hung up. So I called him back and wished him luck on finding customers that will put up with that kind of language and abuse.

When sales rep called for soliciting, he was very rude. I was nicely letting him know that we were set on supplies and he was talking over me and with a tone I would never use when trying to solicit business.

A Steve Nelson called our office to sell printers. When I said our company has a contract that doesn't allow us to purchase from outside vendors, he became sarcastic. I politely requested to be removed from their call list. The male stated,"I will never call you again as long as I live, so don't worry about it!", immediately hanging up on me. Having close family members that are disabled vets, like the owner of Ace Laser, makes me cringe when military people/business are represented by unprofessional, rude behavior of their employees who don't treat people with a modicum of respect. This is a shame & I hope the supervisor pays attention to any feedback received regarding their employees and/or their training. Even when I don't patronize a business myself, especially a small business, I'm likely to refer them to others who are looking for those services/products.
