Went to go eat after a movie, and it was 9:15pm on a Saturday, and the doors were locked. Time on window and site says open till 10pm, so normally I love eating huhot, but if you either going to have employees that close early, or not honor the set open to close time, then I would recommend either updating it on the window and website, or having employees that are willing to work till the close time and after. I have worked in the food industry, and have stayed 2 hours after close, so seeing this is pathetic. Do not deserve business from me.

Lemme get this part clear. I normally love HuHot. Except for when we go there at 9:18 when they don’t close until 10pm (says on the window and on the site) and they not only lock the door but they look at us, shrug and ignore us. Totally unprofessional, totally wrong, totally doesn’t deserve my business. I’ve worked in fast food and we NEVER shut down early just because we felt like it. Just sad to see such a good place turn out to be so unprofessional. If you want to close early, post different hours. Don’t make me drive all the way to you just to find out you didn’t feel like it.
