If youre looking for a great quality home I highly recommend going to Titan homes! The entire staff was awesome! Across the board 5 stars! Ron Garcia personally took us around! He answered any and all questions to our satisfaction and then some. We loved that! Couldnt have hoped for a better experience than that! Highly recommend Titan Homes Direct South Shields Blvd. in my personal opinion second to none.

I spent a lot of time researching options for homes and it was so amazing talking to Ron. He broke everything down so well and really stayed with us through this process. I couldnt have had a better representative, even my realtor was impressed with the level of care and the amazing service. Our kids will be in the market for a home soon enough and we know Ron Garcia will take great care of them too. Thank you so much for all your help.

Original review at the time of loan applications submission: Miss Paola is WONDERFUL! She really works hard for her customers and goes the extra mile. She is the epitome of excellent customer service! Truly impressive UPDATED REVIEW: I made it perfectly clear that I already had a preapproval letter from my credit union for my loan but she insisted on sending an app to several lenders that they frequently use. That was on a Thursday, just before Easter weekend so I didn't expect to hear anything from her until Monday. I got my denial email late Monday afternoon. Yes, denial letter! I was already approved but since she sent an app to all those lenders my credit took a hit. Now it is Tuesday morning and I have yet to hear from this "nice lady" who appeared to care when she was talking me into a new trailer that I told her was too small and too expensive. She made calls, told me she was on it, she'd get me in ASAP, etc. As soon as she knew I got denied she should have called to tell me herself and at least continue to pretend to care about my situation. She still could've made the sale, I just would've used my credit union but she didn't bother to ever contact me again after I left her office that day. I just got word that my current property will close on Friday of this week so I'm scrambling to tie up loose ends and someone else made that sale. That's the 2nd time I have had a bad experience with Titan. I would not recommend them to anyone. Greedy and unprofessional.
