I have delt with Transitions several times over at least a 10 year period. I can say that they have a very high turn over rate with counselors and that should say something. Every time my children got started with a counselor and really got into some real issues then they would quit and my children would be placed on a waiting list for a new one. This most recent time my daughter fell through the cracks again and went months without services after her counselor quit. I was assured she was on the waitlist and a counselor would call me in a few weeks. It's been two months and I called them and they said they didn't know what happened. Same when we started services. There is no accountability in the office. As far as my counselor she has no called no showed or cancelled at the last minute somewhere between 7-10 times in like 6 months and sometimes at the last minute and several weeks in a row. I have a family member who used them and had the same kinds of experiences. They just don't follow through and there is no accountability. Not going to come back. For a trauma and abuse center they sure cause a lot of extra stress for their clients. I would not consider them helpful at all.

Therapist told me not to talk about my trauma in therapy and to try no to focus on it despite having PTSD and very intrusive thoughts I was just left to deal with it outside of therapy:/ unfit corporation imo this isn't the first therapist from transitions I've had

The director is so awesome. Reception was sweet to me. I got to see my baby for the first time in 6 months. I had horrible case worker that never turned in my recommendation to start setting my baby who had cerebral palsy. The whole case is totally unfounded. Now I still get to jump thru hoops and classes to get her back. This is a violation of the Indian child welfare act, they were supposed to do everything they could before the child was removed. They did not. So if you're native make sure DHS follows federal law. I am a trained emt and scuffed of medical neglect. Which obviously isn't in my nature at all. No drug use it anything. I'm starting a fb page for children that have been taken via abuse of the system.

I'm an adult who had my only child taken from me because of CPS. I didn't trust Mary Ann at first because I don't trust DHS and they were paying for it. I've been with her since 2015. She allowed me to let me know she was actually trying to help me. She went to my jury trial. She never lied and has always been straight straightforward. The best therapist I've ever had.

Zach is a pushy and unfit to deal with patients with extreme anxiety. This place was great before the good therapist left the country. Zach has called me incessantly (I'm not his patient and never have been). He has badgered me to tears so much so that my husband had to take over the call. Terrible therapist! Don't send your kids here. The office management is more interested in giving the run around to protect the bottom line rather than patients.
