        I had surgery recently at One Core Health and what a very pleasant experience. From my check in with the Receptionist to all the wonderful Nurses. They were so WONDERFUL! I had Kaylee, Becky ( she put my IV in and 1st time ever that someone got it in 1st time & NOT hurt) she is amazing! I had Patrick (he may have been my anesthesiologist) Susan, Kristie & Rick, my Spinal Cord Representative. Im sure I misspelled names and failed to mention some, sorry! Just saying this was a great place if you have to have surgery a ways from home. They are all awesome, kind and caring! Thank You!

        Everything went well with my procedure, my issue is with the billing department. They don't answer the phone and will not return calls. I spoke with the operator and asked for someone over the billing department, she simply transferred me back to the billing department. Does anyone actually work in billing??
