I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at this place. Despite being a patient since June, it has been nothing but frustrating. I'm still waiting for a prescription for one medication, and another medication took weeks to obtain. The process of getting a refill was a complete nightmare. I had to practically beg them, calling every day for a week, before finally visiting the office in person. To my surprise, they seemed completely unaware of how doctors' offices and prescriptions should be handled. Six days ago, I submitted a refill request and have been waiting patiently, only to be informed today, when I called, that I needed an appointment first. They never bothered to inform me or reach out about not being able to refill my prescription; they simply ignored it. Now I'm left without any medication, but apparently, it was my responsibility to know that I couldn't get a refill until after being seen. Mallory Gray, the APRN, is fully booked. My experiences with Your Health and Wellness or JKP have consistently been negative. While they might be able to assist with a sick visit and provide antibiotics, if you're seeking ongoing medical care, this is not the place for you. They constantly remind you that they have thousands of patients and are unable to accommodate everyone. If you rely on a prescription that can cause withdrawal symptoms, brace yourself because you'll experience withdrawal before receiving any assistance. I had been with my previous doctor for seven years until my insurance changed and they were no longer covered. When I booked my initial appointment here, I was assured that Mallory Gray would be able to take me on as a new patient and prescribe my medications. However, it appears that she is incapable of performing her job effectively due to having "thousands of patients."
