I really like this place. The people who manage it are really nice and easy going. Yes, they have issues like all businesses, however it is usually not their fault when things fall through, if it is they will make it right if you talk to them. I have sat there and watched people get irate over nothing. I definitely wouldn't put up with the way some of those people act.. Maybe if the people complaining would have kindness they would make things right. They do all they can to work with people.. I personally enjoyed going in this place and taking surveys. Really wish there was one closer. Tiffany is the best!!

I have worked here a month shy of a year. And I love my job! I have heard that it wasn't ran very well a few years ago. However, a lot of work has been put into turning it completely around. We have a new manager that has over 10 years of experience. The office is well organized and everything is new and up to date. We have great staff members who truly enjoy their jobs and take them seriously. And they know how to conduct themselves professionally. We have very interesting and fun studies happening all of the time for people of all ages. If you are in Quail Springs mall please stop by to check us out and see if you qualify to participate in any of our studies!!! And if you don’t qualify today you can always sign up for our database and be notified when and new studies come in that you may qualify to participate.

Crazy rude to my friend, they cancelled her interview multiple times and threatened to call mall security and told her not to come back. They told her the upper management wouldn't do anything either. What's even the point of this place especially if you're just rude to people. Learn some people skills.
