We've only been at our house for a year and 1/2. As novice homeowners, we did as much as we could the first year to the yard (kinda like cleaning your house before the house cleaner comes over) mowing, watering, buying and laying sod, diverting water via trenches, gutters and rain barrels.We finally reached a point we need assistance with the various weeds (undesirable grasses and plants) choking out our lawn.  We hired Green Country a few months ago and have had the Fall and Winter applications.  The staff are courteous, give notice via text and call.  Billing is easy and the price is right.  We are excited to see how the lawn looks next year.

Had billing issues and we sent a check that they never got. Constantly harassing me and threatening me. I wanted to pay online before they take me to small claims court over $70, but their system wont take my payment. Not to mention, I asked them to collect cash from me as services were rendered so I would never have this issue and they didnt. I was home all day on the day they claim they came and never heard or saw anyone out front. So frustrating.

I had a very pleasant experience. I think people with negative things to say are just more likely to post a review.

Unprofessional and rude to neighbors. Blocks drive and tells people they have to wait. Also spills a large amount of the chemical on the ground and didnt try to clean it up. I guess the rain can wash it into the ground water and ponds that are in the neighborhood.
