        Agents aren't very knowledgeable or at worst negligent and dishonest. They write policies without checking for correct information. When policies get kicked back by underwriting they claim ignorance. Bad customer service, bad communication. Made me and my families life harder. Look somewhere else

        The receptionist that answered hears what she wants to hear and obviously cant comprehend well. I got nowhere speaking with her. I was rear ended by someone with this insurance and I can understand why she moved to California. Seems like you all are a bit uneducated and behind the times there, and dont know how to answer a simple question.
