She answered her phone and opened up her office when other locations had closed up early and weren't answering their phones. She definitely went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Excellent service.

Called to see if I could get my rates lowered and she basically laughed at me and said I have the best coverage. Then when I ask the last day of my policy and she just said it auto renews. I don't want an auto renew and if you weren't so rude and unprofessional I may stay but not a chance now. U let your "black lady" come out and talked to me like we were in the ghetto. Im working still to make sure allstate knows how ghetto you are. And I'm black so on behalf of the black community you should be ashamed of yourself.
