    Not happy with the service I got my chair in March they sent the chair home with a broken back on it then the technician ordered a back from the factory and he broke that one had to order another one I've been having nothing but problems with this technician would repairs and the company itself and this chair has been nothing but a problem they're rushing him they only have one technician that is a good but he's wearing himself out so they need another younger technician to come and help this is wrong he keeps forgetting stuff he says he does a job every time it comes back there's something loose or something's not right I got videos and evidence of all this stuff I am tired of it it's a brand new chair someone gave me a used chair 2017 chair and that freaking thing works better and sounds better than this new one this new one from day one but nothing but problems and and whoever worked on it doesn't do a do a good enough job I'm not here to make friends and I see it's all one star complaints I only give you one star rating I never had any problems with quantum chairs before well I used the right company and I had them fix my chair right and I never had problems I mean I don't know why you change stuff but did the chairs I had back then had no no problem this I had nothing but problems

    I have been trying to help my mother get a power wheelchair through NSM for 6 months. They are the only vendor in our area that works with her insurance for power wheelchairs. They consistently do not answer their phone. Waiting on hold is no help because it times out. I have left multiple messages but no return phone call, even after leaving a message daily for days. Corporate office was helpful getting me some information initially but now even they do not answer their phone and have not returned my call after leaving messages. I thought her chair should be about ready after 6 months but the one time I got through recently they said the file says they are still waiting on doctor’s office to send medical records. - She has a great doctor who is responsive to these types of requests so it’s shocking that MSN has not been proactive or contacted us if there was a problem.

    My chair has been in consistent need of repairs since getting it. The fire department had to put my tire back on after it fell off since a tech forgot to tighten the bolts. I am currently waiting on parts that were evaluated and supposedly ordered several months ago. I call frequently about the status because my chair dies almost every day. I rarely can get a live customer service rep, and they very rarely return my messages. Go elsewhere if you can. This place sucks.

    We've been in the process of ordering a new power chair for a year or more. In fact it will be a year in May 2019,and still haven't received the actual chair. At the time of fitingf we requeted a add-on feature (lift ability) which is being paid for out of pocket and they did not add-on. Which continues to slowsup thetprocess. The company use to be "Asbury medical supply" which was aa very un-professional organization, and what I've seen so far this company/new management is not any better. I'm never updated on the process, and have a hard time getting information on my daughters equipment. Poor organization!

    My son's wheelchair was ordered 6 months ago, (along with other equipment) we still have not received his wheelchair or any other equipment, our old one was way too small for him and finally broke, I contact national mobility every other week and have told them numerous times that we're in desperate need of one and I'm carrying him the majority of the time (he's 12 years old, 5'1 and 94 pound and I'm only 5'4 and 112) apparently we were supposed to have received a loaner chair when the order was made for the wheelchair and did not get a loaner... 6 months waiting for a wheelchair that we desperately need and no loaner chair given to us... This isn't right how can it take so long to get a child's desperately needed wheelchair!!
