In the few months Iâ€™ve been using them, the rep that signed me up with them has been replaced with another. He seems very abrasive and uncaring that I do not understand or agree with the steep and possibly illegal additional charges he says are part of their new credit card policies for switching cards or missing an automatic payment. He says they are charging us for the credit card charges/fees they incurred on our behalf; just passing on the fees. Iâ€™d ask them to prove it but then they would probably cancel us.
So far Iâ€™ve only had to report a missed pick up a couple of times. They sent a truck the next day or two.
I gave the second star for the book keeper who was very nice when I spoke with her.
