This a severely understaffed company they have no regard for clients or employees. They disregard patients need due to the fact most are state funded. I wouldn’t suggest use there services for your love ones. I quit due to the lack of care and compassion Outreach showed clients. Kelly whom is in the office off of Nw expressway is rude to the clients and employees. Bad Bad Service

Always under staffed. Never enough aides In Canadian county area. They will come do the assessment and tell you everything you want to hear “we have plenty of staff” then you will go months unstaffed. Lack of communication aide will call in or quit and the office staff will never get the message to the patients so the patients are left waiting on help that never shows up. When you call the office to confront them they will always say “we called you didn’t answer”.
