She only has positive reviews for a reason! I booked an appointment in hopes of getting some relief from chronic headaches. I've only been once, and I received more relief than I have from other services. I've rebooked and will update my review with further experience. The location is convenient, and the location is clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend her to friends.

cannot speak highly enough of Kayla! she is incredibly intuitive, keenly observant, and very skillful in her work. she seems to have developed a very smooth and efficient way of locating places in the body and aura that are "asking for attention", as she puts it, and giving them the space to come forward and be seen. i had a multi-faceted session request (physical body work, energetic body work, and insight into a couple areas of my life) and she synthesized it all so beautifully with multiple therapeutic modalities. her insights are sharp and on-point, AND i love the way she communicates what she is seeing in a neutral way so as to allow me to form my own perspective based on my own intuition and inner truth. she is excellent at maintaining healthy boundaries in that she offers what she sees but reminds you that ultimately you're the one who knows you best, and to take what she offers back to your own internal authority to make your own decisions. she offered to send me her notes she'd written for our session so i can review them in the days and weeks to come, which i'm excited about as i begin the process of reflection and integration. i would recommend Kayla to anyone.

I am new to holistic healing, but after years of feeling discounted and not taken seriously by several practitioners I hoped a body work session would at least alleviate some issues in my neck and shoulder. I spent two years in physical therapy that never seemed to scrape the surface of my actual ailments (which I wasnt ever certain exactly what they were since X-rays always came back clear) I did a body work session with Kayla expecting alleviation of a chronic ailment. I never expected the improvement and healing from seeing Kayla 3-4 times to be so profound and multifaceted! Kayla worked out and addressed scar tissue in several spots on my body that I didnt even mention to her before the session. I had brought up my rib pains to doctors before and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ribs based on X-rays, while never feelings around the area. Kayla was able to work out to alleviate pain in my neck, ribs, hips, and my minor scoliosis that had begun flaring up. She told me she can work out about 80% of scoliosis and boy she definitely has. The benefits of the body work session are also residual and I saw benefits continue in the many days following my first session. My body has never felt so aligned and I finally have regained strength in my lower legs and hips, and my chronic neck pain has gone from level 5 pain to level 1. I cannot thank her enough and I cannot express how grateful I am to have found relief.

This was such an amazing experience for me. As soon as you walk through the door you feel calm, I felt safe and relaxed very quickly. Kayla is very blessed and great at what she does, I cant recommend her enough.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I went in to have some serious sciatic pain addressed before my aerial performance and within 3 days I was back to full mobility and ready to perform! Kaylas energy and intuition is exactly the kind of healing my body needs, and I would recommend her over and over again! I am already so excited for my next visit, and cant wait to experience the healing continue!
