Cant say enough about this company! They are responsive, courteous, on time and just do good work. Everyone Ive dealt with has been top-notch. They truly represent the kind of service the Hibdon name is known for in OKC!

Unfortunately I cant recommend anyone use Hibdon. After they finished our AC repair they forgot to reattach the drain line and water poured through our ceiling causing the plaster to fall off. Being that plaster does not repair well, we had to replace the entire ceiling. The day after the ceiling was finished being replaced and we turned the AC back on, water came pouring through the ceiling again in another spot where the drain line was not properly attached. This time it damaged the ceiling, wall, window sill, outside of the house, and some art work. We went back and forth with them on rectifying the situation and they said they would give us $1,200 off the bill (when the damaged they caused is costing us thousands of dollars to fix, not to mention a ton of time and frustration). They went on to say that if we didnt accept their offer of $1,200 off, they would get lawyers involved which would get expensive for us. Because we felt exhausted and bullied, we reluctantly decided to take their far from fair offer and be done with it. We paid the balance on the invoice and the owner dropped off the paid in full receipt in the mailbox. After all that, they typed on the invoice that we were not allowed to leave a bad review (something we certainly never agreed to). These guys seemed so nice at first, but in the end we just felt taken advantage of.

Darrell was extremely knowledgeable and quick to diagnose. He also explained each step of the diagnosis and helped explore possible options. They were also able to help on the same day I called. I didn't have to guess when my technician would arrive, as it was clearly communicated with multiple confirmations. Very great service!
