I have been a member at this gym for about 4-5 years. I have never had an issue with the staff. They are all very helpful and friendly I am alwayd greeted with a smile.I love that they have a daycare now allowing us to bring our daughter with us. I have never been disrespected by a staff member and most of the people that attend are friendly aswell. It is mostly clean and organized. Only thing I would change about this gym is maybe getting rid of some treadmills to add more space to the lifting area for more equipment.

STAY AWAY! I'd give it zero stars if I could. This is my second review because I've had an ongoing battle with management concerning mine and my wife's membership. When we signed the contract, the employee told us we had 30 days to cancel without penalty. Due to my working hours changing, I'm unable to drive out to this location anymore. I called and tried to cancel within the first 30 days and they told me I couldn't. The manager told me that because I didn't attend a session with one of their personal trainers the first week, I couldn't cancel. This was not explained to me when I joined. The manager said she would call her district manager and get back to me, which she never did. My wife refuses to workout there because both the staff and other members have been constantly rude to her, and she feels really uncomfortable going in to workout there. When we signed our contract, we were told that if we ever wanted to cancel after the initial 30 days, we just had to call corporate and tell them that were moving and they'll cancel it no problem. We called corporate today and determined that was also a lie. This place is is full of liars. The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. The manager is impossible to get ahold of, and doesn't call back when she said she would. Please be wise and stay away from this trap!
