Able Commission

I would give a half star if available. No one will return an email and you aren't able to leave a message due to voice mails being full. This is unacceptable!

Every time I renew it's a hassle. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. "Voice mailbox is full." I got through ONCE when the VM box wasn't full, a week ago, left a message and no call back. I just want ABLE COMMISSION employees to come to my restaurant. I'll give them the same service.

took my money and still no license. been trying for months, no helpful employees. You cannot any help over the phone, none of the options exist anymore. Oklahoma government proving to be embarrassingly incompetent. All I need is an alcohol employee license, but this is such a joke I am looking for a different profession. These are the clowns who fine and extort state citizens, and they cant even run their own offices. Pitiful, absolutely no effort. I went in person to the office to fill out application, only to find out THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT APPLICATIONS IN PERSON. only online. However, there is no support line for the online applications, and the actual employees in the office don't even know how to fill out the application. I spent 25 mins showing one of the employees how to fill out a license, she seemed even more confused than me. spit in the face of your local government officials. Only come here if you like passive aggressive and underpaid workers, or if you decide you'd like to waste your time and money!
