Steve,
I want you to know what a blessing it was to find Tom's Formal Wear at a Bridal Fair I attended earlier this year. Your wife, son, and yourself were very kind and offered great deals and we are very thankful for your company. Most of all, I have to brag on one of your employees - Darren. Darren is the reason we ended up choosing to go with Tom's for our wedding with 12 tuxes. From the first time we came into Tom's to the last -- and all the phone calls in between -- Darren was quite possibly the most helpful person I dealt with during the entire wedding process. While I know he must be very busy, he took the time to get to know us and to this day recognizes my voice when I call the store. Darren has the perfect balance between professionalism and making customers feel like friends. Without any prompting, several members of our wedding party made mention of Darren's helpfulness after going in to their fittings separately. Our experience with Tom's was nothing short of enjoyable because of Darren. He is a wonderful asset to your business. We would (and have) recommended Tom's to anyone.
