Not sure how I could possibly even justify the single star that you're getting other than I have no choice but to give a single star at least in order to be able to leave a review. You don't answer your phone and you don't return phone calls to customers. So what exactly is your reason for providing zero customer service?

I have the option of shopping at Crest, but I choose Homeland because supposed employee owned. My issue is the bread made in the stores. French baguette bread is made simply with flour, yeast, salt and water. Yet Homeland chooses to add, Niacin, reduced iron,thiamine, riboflavin, high fructose corn syrup, ammonium sulfate, along with several other additives. I might as well be buying regular sliced white bread. I'm not being a snob, but there is a difference in the taste with all these extra ingredients, It is borderline false advertising to call this bread "French Baguettes".

I had the pleasure of shopping at Duncan ok location. I was struggling with paysite machine and a young lady named trusting helped, her customer service and politeness was exceptional. I will continue to shop here because of her great attitude and the environment homeland provides it's shoppers.

STRAIGHT TRASH! Store 151 allows employees that have been there for less than 3 months to show up drunk, reeking of alcohol, and start physical altercations with their superiors, all while firing the superior that was the victim only because that defense did not coincide with company policy. Not only was the superior to this belligerent employee fired, but the union worker that started it all while on the clock intoxicated, was able to remain working in the store after constant complaints from others, intoxicated on the clock, altercations, and more. They also like to transport their produce in an employee vehicle from cash saver and other stores instead of a refrigerated vehicle. Which isnt legal. The manager got the fired superiors locked out of her western Union account without her being present because he did not want to use his own account, which is fraud. I have so much information about this store and company that can damage it and I fully intend to damage this companies reputation with facts of its operations until justice is served.
