Love's Corporate - Building 300

612 Pederson Rd, Katy, TX 77494 Stopped about 16:00 hours. Firstly, I wouldn't recommend THIS store because of apparent false advertisement. The sign on the window said "fresh juice smoothie." It turns out it wasn't true, they only had apple juice. To make matters worst? As I attempted to purchase (2) Texas Powerball tickets utilizing $2 bills? After printing them out, the clerk rudely, (and with racist undertone), REFUSED my 'tendered' $2 bills, claiming they were not ACCEPTABLE cash! In a dismissive attitude, he claimed that Love's Stores, "...does not accept $2 bills!" I asked why don't they put a sign to let customers know what type of USA currency is acceptable in their Love store? He then snatched the Powerball tickets back till I gave him what HE considered the appropriate cash payment. Mind you, I have gone to a number of Loves Stores and have NEVER received this insulting and embarrassing treatment! For the record, all US paper currency has this statement, "This note is legal TENDER for all debits, public and private."

Had the most horrible experience at the store in Hinton Oklahoma the manager name was lisette something close was very very rude because I bought the wrong corn dogs! I will contact corporate as soon as possible!

Do not recommend at all. Their techs, at the Fernley, NV location, can't manage to put on the correct oil filter, our truck requires an 1808 and they put on 0716, it blew the seals in their parking lot and drained the oil out of our engine and when we had engine troubles they wouldn't make it right, had to rebuild an already rebuilt motor. Within 18 hours of leaving there we lost a turbo, which they did pay to replace at Boise Peterbilt, but after that we had to have continuous work done to the truck which led to realizing that the damages done made it to where we had to rebuild the motor again, all the bearings and injectors, everything that relies on oil was damaged. They refuse to accept responsibility for it and said we should contact Peterbilt in Boise for their warranty on the turbo replacement. Their Risk Management team is made up of incompetent people that probably have never been around a truck motor in their lives. Makes me wonder about all the other companies that have used their services and have had something go wrong....

I'm at the love's in Sweetwater, Texas, it's really sad to see that loves is more concerned about dog pooping parks, RV parks, self storage units and rude employees than they are about putting in actual restaurants so that people in the trucking industry can get a healthy meal,... FAST FOOD JOINTS ARE NOT HEALTHY MEALS....all that these fuel stop owners are concerned about these days is there bottom line profit at the end of the year, they could care less about the people that are keeping the country moving, come in here get your fuel and some stale Chester's chicken at get out of here, I REMEMBER THE DAY WHEN YOU COULD WALK INTO A LOVES STOPE, PICK UP A MENU AND ORDER A FRESH COOKED MEAL, AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL A EMPLOYEE TO BAG YOUR MULTIPLE ITEM'S OR HAND A RECEIPT TO YOU, this company sure isn't ran on the principles that Tom built the business on, ME BEING FROM OKLAHOMA AND HAVING MET TOM FACE TO FACE I BET HE IS SPINNING IN HIS GRAVE OVER HOW THIS PLACE IS RAN NOW
