Stephanie R. was really rude to my Mom and I. I’ve had bad customer service from the tellers in the past with this BancFirst location. I don’t want to go back for a long while.

Stephanie B. would not deposit my checks because I would not do their job, cause of some so called policy of I had to fill out deposit slip. Reviews shows this branch has mgmt. problems policy over good customer relations have been to all other locations in Oklahoma city area no problem at them, so I put that money at a different place hello TFCU accepted my deposit with out me filling out slip no one carries check books any more to have deposit slips pre filled out will be moving account BYE

I was informed that I will now have to do both of our jobs. My job to make my money and now their job in filling out the paperwork to deposit my money for me. Not THAT big of a deal I suppose but I've never been to this Bancfirst as I actually live out by tinker. Business brought me this way and this employee informed me "we can no longer fill out your deposit slips" meanwhile the bancfirst @ 23rd street in Nicoma Park deposited my check no problem. The Bancfirst @ 15th and sooner deposited my check last friday(9/4/20), no problem! The Bancfirst @ sunnylane and 44th deposited my check, no problem! Again, maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing but having to have my account number either written down or memorized on top of how to fill out the actual financial portion of the depost slip is a bit much for a knuckle dragged like me. If this is a new policy ill follow my spouse in moving over to chase.

I was up there a few minutes ago, I asked them to break a fifty dollar bill, because I'm not a customer they wouldn't do it, I guess they only care about the people they are making money off of, if I ever do need to open an account it will certainly not be with this bank if they care that little about the potential customers I can't see them caring about their actual customers need either, thank you bancfirst for making it easy to never choose your bank.

Verna is the most helpful banker that I’ve had the pleasure to deal with in my ovèr 40 years of banking. Plus they have the best coffee.
