RCB Bank

RCB Bank had given someone a checkbook with that persons name but with my bank account number. When I went to check my bank account balance I was surprised to see someones car insurance getting paid and also a check for 1,700 dollars cashed out of it. I only gave two stars instead of one bc they did a competent job of getting my money back to me and cancelling my account. Im nervous to try a new bank now knowing this sort of thing can happen. Access to my account just given to someone else.

Awful service & inaccurate information from the employees. They didnt care to give me the time of day until they received a call from the Call Center, which was the only place I was able to access competent and accurate information in a very timely manner.

I bank with them and have for years. Not only is there app down, but the whole website is down. Then I get an email so my one line account is locked and to call in to unlock it. The anytime banker line they have is down. So at this time I can use any of their resources, cant go in because of covid, and I swear to god if I have to change passwords one more time Im leaving the awful small town bank
