took new 2012 chev. 2500 hd in to get windows tinted and order floor mats, they got right on the tinting, had to straighten bottom of tint out on drivers front door when i got home, an hour and a half away, mats were supposed to be in monday afternoon, drove ANOTHER hour and a half to pick up on tuesday, no mats... was told "we'll call ya when they get here " thursday morning... no call yet, finally had to call and after 10 minutes on hold i hung up... called back and did receive news that mats were in, now back to the tinting experence, they had foot tracks all over the back of my seats from tinting the back window, didn't bother moving my hard hat and sit my back seat on it and screwed up the bottom lining, did not bother cleaning the windows after they were done, maybe the installers had a bad attitude about having to work on a sat. morning or something but I won't be back to that place.......
