I contacted Mr. Martin after my mom died in 2020 to help find out what happened. From the beginning, he was kind, proactive, and diligent in his efforts to help my family. My moms nursing home neglect case was referred to Mr. Martin, I live out of state so honestly I didnt know what to expect. Mr. Martin was very professional and after reviewing my moms case I knew he was the right attorney to help me fight for her. He was very responsive to my emails, texts & calls. You hire attorneys hoping that they will fight like you would for your loved ones, and Matthew Martin did just that! I had that sense of relief with him as my attorney. If you or a loved one is a victim of nursing home abuse or neglect I highly recommend him, if you want someone that will serve justice on these facilities that think they can get away with it. He was able to help me see that another attorney handling her car accident hadnt done anything on the case in a year, with limitations almost running out was able to refer me to an attorney that helped me settle before it was too late.
