        I've emailed the company because after 2 weeks of washer being out of service for 2 weeks. If they would have serviced the washer a month and a half ago when I first reported a problem the washer probably would not have gone completely out. At 3 weeks of no response I sent another email. I live in a retirement community and we have one washing machine working for the entire community. Service: Washer/dryer repair

        The service MANAGER for the sw Oklahoma region is RUDE. When we moved in here we were promised that if machines didn't function we would get a refund. When calling about a refund, expect to be treated rudely and not to ever get your money back. Hope this company burns to the ground.
