The Escape OKC

While the room was great, and 2 of the 3 Hosts were excellent, the 3rd Host was extremely rude. She needs to learn a little more about customer service. My wife called with some questions and she shut her down and then hung up on her. We will not be going back to this location as Escape rooms are a dime a dozen now. The 3rd host really dampened a really good Escape Room Experience. I hope the owners see this and speak with her about her attitude. If she doesn't like her job, she should just quit. The escape room was a solid 4.5, but the host really ruined our experience.

We played Tides of Treason and the room was fantastic and we had a blast escaping. The only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because one of the employees was incredibly rude. If she cant at least pretend to be half way pleasant with paying customers I would recommend a different job that doesnt require social interaction. As we were leaving I noticed that it wasnt just us our group she was discourteous with. A larger group was waiting to go into their rooms and she was speaking harshly to them as well. Completely unprofessional.

Came in over spring break and had a great time! The employees were nice and so helpful!

Very cool, only complaint is we were too late to do another! Employees didn't complain when my group needed help a few times because we are dumb.
