        We drive 30 miles extra because their staff and Doctors are all very efficient and friendly. We’ve always received prompt care and quickly referred to a specialist if necessary. We have never had an issue with referrals like we always have in Vinita

        Dont ever tell them you went to the ER if you are trying to get a same day. Because then they say they will call you later with an appointment AFTER they contact the ER and never call you even after you call them and leave messages. I tired to get my 3 year old daughter a same day appointment. We took her to the ER the night before because she wouldn't calm down and cried for a few hours. They said she had an ear infection and to get in to see her doctor. So I called the next morning told them what happened and instead of making her an appointment they said they'll have a nurse call me later to get her in. My poor baby was still crying and hurting with fever.
