The director is not aware of the complains made to the delegates when she isn't at the facility and the delegates don't know what is happening.
Doesn't really pay attention to kids with moderate allergies and your complain fall on deaf ears.
My kid loved the teachers pre covid but post the pandemic the whole management change made her cry each single day.
I really wished to continue my relation with them the same as we did from 2017 - 2020 without a single complaint but I guess the whole system presently there made me change my views for the betterment of my kid.
