        Sadly laking for a bonvoy hotel. In need of an upgrade/refresh. Stayed when visiting OU. No service requested items, no water offered at checkin or Titanium Elite bonus. No wifi. Just sad.

        DONT COME. NASTY DIRTY ROOMS. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THIS PLACE!!!! Its was so bad we left and for go our refund to get away. We didnt want to bring the bed bugs with us. Super nasty

        They gave me room 107. When I saw it was next to the ice machine and fitness center, I should immediately refused it. Between whatever was going on above my room, and the ice machine. It was the loudest night in hotel I have ever had.
