I scheduled an appointment for lab work to be done in Suite 101. I scheduled this on March 22nd, for my appointment to be March 25th. I went to my appointment, and I arrived 10 minutes early as requested.... only to be told by an incredibly rude nurse that they can't do the labs that I need to do and to go out to the other side of town to have my lab work done. They didn't think it necessary to call me at any point in the 3 days between my scheduling the appointment and the time i walked into the clinic? They didn't think to call me at any time before I fasted all day, or I arrived on time, or I took off work to make it to this appointment? Nope. Instead i was just told very rudely that I need to go somewhere else across town. The lack of care, consideration and customer service to the extent that I couldn't even receive a phone call. I cannot even describe how irritated I am up with this experience.

I have been going there for 8 years now . Never had to wait more that 15 minutes . The staff are extremely nice.

I have been a patient there more than 12 years and have only experienced kind, helpful staff and doctors.

Horrible experience and i didnt even get to see the doctor. I was supposed to be a new patient and i walked in like normal and they didnt even have me on the schedule because they cancelled my appointment because THEY had the wrong number. Then they only have appointments available in 2 weeks or 3 weeks ?? So honestly id just say please be careful who you pick as your primary care!

wow - I'm not at all sure I'm reviewing the same place as other reviewers! I've never had any rude treatment at Mercy Clinic. I do miss Dr. Lindsay from the old Norman Clinic practice, but our switch to Dr. Bryan has been painless and well taken care of. We like Dr. Bryan and his nurse.
