        After he took my case, he told me he had no intention of going to trial, even though the case was cut and dry. He clearly wanted a settlement without putting the work into the case, which did not have my best interests in mind. He should have been honest before I signed the contingency agreement. It's not that I wanted to go to trial, but he took the first low-ball offer, which barely covered my medical (after his percentage).
