I lived here in 2017. N all the manger did is harassing us told us we couldn't have visitors. N he kicked me n my family out in 24hrs with no Eviction notice n even cut the water off so i couldn't clean up tge house to get my deposit..

only went there as a delivery driver....place looks almost abandoned...definitely not kept or cared for. pretty trashed out.

I would just like to say that he is a very creepy guy he always made me feel Weird and awkward and when i initially had seen the trailers I wasnt impressed not at all.

Terrible place do not move here. The maintenance boy Kevin shut my ac off even though I had payed my rent. He is a creepy man who made my life hell. Please save your self sometime and dont move here.

PLEASE DO NOT move here. The owner KEVIN WARD spied on my 1 year old son and took pictures of him through his window and threaten me with a tire iron. I had payed my rent in full and had no problems until I told Kevin that I would not sleep with him. I called the actual owner with no help. If you move here he will make your life hell. Its a scam for the money and all of the trailers are old and disgusting inside. Please for the love of god do not move in here. Wish I could rate - stars.
