        Bought a dozen red and white roses over the phone. $67.49. Went to pick them up and all were beige wilted roses. After telling them I wanted a refund, the manager proceeded to tell me I had to pay a 15% charge for her cutting the roses already. No ma'am. That's not what I asked for and I'll thank you for a full refund. Goodday to you missy... P.S. Those roses looked liked doo doo...
