Fellow staff members refer to her as Dr Mary but shes a cnp not a licensed board certified Dr and that credit shell not get from me Never she did help with some health issues my mother was having didnt like the meds she prescribed for my mother she even increased the dosages? When id ask her a question shed either lie or say she didnt know? She never had an answer to my questions she was always vague if she answered (I didnt Trust her still dont !!! ) I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy something about her just isnt right When we requested a Dr she wanted to know why ...Obviouslly i and my Mother dont trust that you know what youre doing, she kept prescribing meds to my mother after what she was being treated for was gone then those meds should've stop, But they didnt,Finally Enough we got a Licensed Board Certified Doctor !!!This womans methods made me question what she was doing ...Expierence Speaks Volume

My grandparents had to wait 3 hours after their appointment time just for the nurse and doctor to take their vitals and ask questions. They also said just come back tomorrow and we will draw your blood . They waited 2 hours last week and just left. I just think time management needs to be a thing there and 9 people dont need to be on a computer and need to be in the back helping room patients . Just a thought!

My mom had a telehealth visit APPOINTMENT for 2:30 today. It is now 4:14 and he still hasnt called. I called at 3:30 and was told he was doing the walk in clinic today so basically he is taking walk ins before those with appointments. Whats the point of having an appointment if he is going to ignore those appointment times for walk in patients?! Ridiculous!! The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. My mom had some tests last week and we still dont know the results and cant get anyone to call back to tell me. After this mess today, Im taking her somewhere else!

NO STARS!! I have tried to speak to administrators but they do not care (over a month). DO OMeara does not care if several patients are waiting over + hours, she has expressed to other staff, "they can leave", and when I asked about her statement, she lied to me. Not good DO/patients relations. So I left in pain. Will not go back. Love Dr. Garcia, the nurses, and office staff but the administration cannot be trusted to address issues and allow their providers to be rude to people seeking care and compassion...Peace Out, send my records of almost 20 years.
