Never reviewed anything before till now. DR Gaskins is amazing ! He is patient, listens to you, explains everything , and has a great demeanor. A doctor that made me feel like the old ways of practitioner are still alive though rare. Office staff are pleasant and not rude, my nurse was kind and helpful too. Great place to go hands down!

NEO has saved the day on more than a few occasions! The staff are quick to get me seen and the healthcare workers make you feel cared for and heard.

Takes forever to get test results back and they don't call you people with serious medical problems could die before they let you know what your results are

Honestly doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Worst place to go. The nurses were honestly the only thing that was excellent there. Doctor Shelly is the rudest doctor Ive ever seen!! She makes her patients wait for hours in the waiting room for her. My appointment was at 3 in which I was told to be there 15mins early. So I arrived at 2:45. It is now 4:20 and still have not been seen. This is the second time she has done this to us. Then after sweating for an hour with the door closed, we open it to get air. In which Shelly came and asked if we were waiting on anyone and we said no and she said okay Im gonna close this because your child is loud. My 2 year old!! Dont believe me go and watch how long you wait, how rude she is and how you will get nothing done for your health. She told me my migraines were because I bought a new car??? Like what in the world!!! Idk who gave her a license but she definitely dont need one. And definitely needs to figure out how to schedule appointments correctly. I understand 15 mins to even a 30min wait but not hours at a time waiting.
