The staff are friendly and kind.. Dr.Dunn is wonderful.. I had dentures done and it's been a smooth process. I am very happy with their services. I am happy that soonercare now covers dentures.. I can smile again after 25 years.

My entire family has gone to dr dunn for many, many years. I took my children and now my daughter takes hers. Dr dunn has always been a wonderful, caring dentist but that new staff she has at the front are horrible. Not all of them but one particular woman. She demands payment in front of everyone, states you aren't seeing the dentist until you pay and is very loud about it. Not only has she done that to my daughter and me but other people entering. Normally starts when you open the front door. If she wants to talk to people about ins, billing and payment she needs a cubicle where not everyone hears her. When my grandson is finished with his treatment plan, none of us will return to that office. We will miss dr dunn (she is wonderful) but front end staff play a big part in any office experience and they definitely don't make it a pleasant visit.
