        Came in for the compression and cryo and had a blast. The facility was really nice as well as the staff. Definitely will come back again.

        AWFUL customer service. Won’t answer phone, I scheduled an appointment and the DOORS WERE LOCKED. I drove 30 minutes all the way to this BS place and they weren’t even open. SCAM DONT BUT THE GROUPON YOU WILL BE OUT MONEY. I am reporting this company to the BBB immediately for fraudulent activity.

        I bought two 60 min float sessions for my anniversary Off of Groupon two weeks ago. I have called everyday, left a message and text twice. I have not gotten an answer at all. It’s coming up on my anniversary in 4 days. I still have not been able to book an appt. I’ve called literally 9 times today and no answer. This is absolutely insane.
